·         Foundation:- Fiat (Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino) was founded on July 11, 1899, in Turin, Italy, by a group of investors including Glovanni Agnelli.

·         First Car:- The Company’s Fiat car, the Fiat 3 ½ HP, was produced in 1900. It had a 697 cc engine and could reach a top speed of about 35km/h (22mph).
